Meet Dustin Taylor – a hard worker here along the Rust Belt.  We recently matched Dustin with an opportunity as a Welder-Fitter in an Ohio-based business whose products service some of the largest brands on our planet. In 2016 Dustin received a grant for Welding training. Committed, he worked afternoons and weekends while going through school.

Yet despite his dedication and skill, Dustin struggled to find employment that would support him and his young daughter UNTIL he was paired up with our client.

Dustin now proudly holds a welding position with health insurance and a ton of growth opportunities – simple benefits he did not have access to in prior roles.
