A Note From Our Founder
Impact. That is what drives me to work every day. Making an impact.
In the last seven years, through the hard work of numerous talented individuals, we have put hundreds of people into new manufacturing careers and significantly impacted their futures. We consider our work to be a part in the mission of building a better region for the present and future generations.
The opportunity to build connections for others, whether through a job opportunity, a new hire or a mutually beneficial introduction is what makes this business so fulfilling for the Rust Belt team. We are truly positioned to fulfill our core value of being impact-oriented every day.
Rust Belt Recruiting is on the doorstep of a new year. As we look in the rearview, we can reflect on another year of progress and growth. But growth can be fleeting and challenges arise unexpectedly. For many of us, looking four years back (to the height of COVID-19), we likely wouldn’t even recognize the time we were in back then. Protecting our progress is essential and requires intentionality. In this case, prioritizing investments into areas like physical infrastructure, cybersecurity and domestic supply chains is essential.
As we look towards the future, we have momentum in the conversation around manufacturing and the life that it can provide to people. Quality jobs making crucial contributions to our region, country and global community.
I am committed to a few causes, one of which is the strengthening of our regional and national manufacturing economies. I believe in the power of purpose and as we continue to demonstrate the purpose driven nature of the manufacturing industry, we will continue to attract bright minds to careers filled with innovation, creation and more.
If you believe in this country, you need to believe in its ability to be self-reliant. That commitment to America is underpinned by a strong industrial base and reliable infrastructure nationwide.
More than ever, encourage the manufacturing conversation with those around you. Educate yourself on the immense impact of what we make in this region and how it changes the world. Then carry that message to others, especially the younger generation. They are the future of this country and manufacturing needs them more than ever.
I am proud of another year of progress within our business, Rust Belt Recruiting, and appreciate all who have put their trust in us – as a client, a candidate, a partner or most importantly, a team member. Because of each and every one of you, we are here standing strong heading into 2025. Let’s keep growing together and Renewing Our Region.
Cheers to seven years!
