We work with hundreds of businesses throughout the region, each unique in their needs and requirements. Background checks and drug screens depend entirely on each client’s onboarding process. More often than not, we see most manufacturers require background checks and drug screens for their new hires; however, it's not guaranteed. On day one of working with Rust Belt Recruiting, your recruiter will walk you through all the job details, including drug and background requirements, to ensure you are well-informed and there are no surprises. Some of the businesses we work with have robust re-entry programs and are open to hiring ex-convicts with limitations around the conviction.
